Do I need to live near Pittsburgh?
No. You can participate from anywhere with internet connection.
Is this only for women?
Our programs are designed with women in mind, especially those navigating menopause. Overall, we focus on creating a supportive community for women of all ages.
What types of workouts do you do?
We offer a variety of workouts tailored to different firness levels, including strength training, cardio, and flexibility excersises.
How can I track my progress?
We provide you tools no matter your fitness journey, including fitness assessments and daily goal check-ins. In addition, challenge participants fill out a form to track progress (including weight, BMI, etc.), so we are with you the step of the way and can show how you've grown throughout the challenge.
How do I pay for the challenge, and how many months do I have to pay for?
All payment is done through Skool where you can choose one of our three pricing models (see above). You can choose a 7-day, 21-day, or 30-day plan depending on your needs and timeline.
What type of classes do you offer during the challenge and how do I attend them?
We offer plenty of Zoom classes such as drum fit, cardio, and stretching. Feel free to workout on your own or sign up for one of our provided classes. To get started, join our Skool page!
Do I need to contact by doctor to participate?
Yes, we'd strongly recommend you consult with your doctor or any trusted physician when joining the class. That being said, we offer modifications for all challenges, so women of all ages can participate!
